Is my liver normal or enlarged?

My liver is measuring at 18.5cm and my right kidney is 13.4cm. Is that normal or enlarged?

Consult GI and check your liver enzymes. The US would say if it's enlarged. If that’s not documented by the radiologist, it is not.

Liver size varies a lot among people. Larger people have much bigger livers. The size of the liver is not as important as the function of the liver. Also, as long as there are no masses in the liver then the size is not very relevant to your health.
Usual liver size for a female is 13.5 cm. So, 18.5 cm is an enlarged liver.
