SALTWATER RINSES AFTER EXTRACTIONS HELP GREATLY, HOWEVER, WE RECCOMEND YOU WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE SWISHING OR RINSING.
Hi,
Yes salt water rinse is a great regiment after a tooth extraction. However it is advised to avoid rinsing for 24 hours immediately following tooth extraction to avoid disrupting clot formation.

Yes. Keep the oral cavity clean is ver important. Dr Kristi
Warm saltwater is always good after 3 days of extractions The first 3 days are crucial to form a clot and you don't want to rinse with anything to avoid disrupting the clot and the healing tissue
After the first 24 hours post-extraction, yes, rinsing with warm salt water
is great. Keeping the socket gently cleaned helps healing.
For the 1st 24 hours, do not rinse, just be gentle and let things heal.
Yes. But not on the day of the extraction. Start the next day with 8 oz. of very warm water and 1/2 tsp of salt. Do that 3-5 times per day for 3-5 days, especially after eating.
