you'll be ok, cracking foot or ankle is like cracking knuckles. as long as theres no pain, no worries. but you mention pain, definitely to be sure, see local podiatrist.
Not usually. It depends on why you're doing it.
Hello,

Cracking in a joint is fairly normal and of no concern unless there is increasing pain, swelling or stiffness, instability. Also of more concern if history of trauma or multiple sprains. As a first step, avoiding having the hint crack is the first treatment. Then working is strengthening and nerve function with therapy is next. If symptoms do not improve, you should have a more thorough exam by an orthopedic surgeon.
Good luck.

I recommend you ask your parents to make an appointment for you with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment options
The symptoms are interesting, but too difficult to give you a diagnosis without an evaluation. Usually, the sweating and pain can be related to a nerve disorder or nerve irritation, but it is very difficult to discern from your description here. I am sorry-in your case I feel it is probably important for you to find a specialist in your area for full evaluation and treatment.
