Hematologist(BloodSpecialist)|HematologyHepatologistBun (blood urea nitrogen) could be that you are drinking too much. It would be good to know the creatinine. If you have gastritis, you could have a slow bleed. You need a complete blood count pt/inr, and that will tell you about your platelets that could be low if you are bruising. Neutropenia can mean many things. Liver enzymes are ALT and AST the aminotransferases. You really need more information to make that assumption.
