“Why do I get diarrhea after drinking water?”

Need more information. It's possible that filling the stomach, even with just water, might be stimulating a colon contraction, hence the diarrhea. But other things in your medical history may be important to know, e.g. prior intestinal surgery, medication use, history of irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
