Is this ECG normal?

I have been feeling my heart "thudding" every few seconds and am wondering if it's something that warrants getting checked out or not. I was able to catch the abnormal beating on my apple watch's ECG app. I know that an apple watch is by no means a medical device, but it is interesting that it can detect the thumping that I am feeling because the QRS complex looks different when I am feeling the thumping. In the picture of the ECG I attached, you can see it happened 5 times in a 30 second period. Should I worry about this at all? Or am I overthinking this?
