OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

Is this HPV?

I had sex with a new partner and developed a tear in the process. 2 days after the part became whitish then it was rough to touch and looks spiky when I look in the mirror. It's been close to a month or a month plus and it's been the same, but the color changed already. It still looks spiky and rough to touch.

It has nothing to do with the tear. However, if you feel a bumpy, spiky lesion, most likely it is HPV. Not only this lesion, you may have other small flat areas infected with HPV. Use a cotton ball soaked in vinegar and apply it to that area. If it is HPV the lesion will turn white. This helps to identify even difficult to see flat lesions of HPV.
