OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions Herpes

Is this a herpes type 1 false positive?

In June of this year I tested twice for herpes type 1. I received a negative result for herpes type 2 and equivocal for type 1, then tested again with a positive result for herpes type 1 with a level of 1.15. I have never had an outbreak and only experience symptoms of leg/nerve pain, itching, and mucus like discharge. I seem to only get the symptoms if I have thought about the idea of having herpes or if I am anxious or stressed. The partner I slept with tested negative and so did my last 3 previous partners before that. I’ve been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and this has caused me severe anxiety because I do not know what is going on. I also have been getting a welt like rash similar to hives all over my body except on my genitals. This rash comes and goes. Is this a false positive, herpes, or some other condition due to my anxiety?

Herpes titer 1:15 is positive but a titer3:5 or less sometimes is consider low positive and could be also confirmed with a Herpes western blot test. 94% of kids that graduate from HS are herpes positive, most at one point had a cold sore. Now eczema is a different chronic problem with spontaneous intense itching any where in the body, with multiple triggers.
