Is this a sore caused by lupus or sjögren's

I have had this sore for over a week now I have also had them on my legs before. On top of my mouth is always so dry

You should be evaluated by a rheumatologist regardless of test results. Sometimes skin biopsy is needed to make the right diagnosis.
The lesion shown could be related to either lupus or Sjogren's BUT the lesion could be caused by something else. Here, the best course of action would be to refer to Dermatology for consideration of lesional biopsy. Could be secondary to either diagnosis or others. Best to have it further evaluated by dermatology, biopsy, rheumatology.
