“Is this a tape worm?”
I saw this in my toilet after expelling been having an upset stomach a lot.

Unfortunately, I cannot say for certain if it is a parasite. When I try and enlarge the picture to see if there are signs of taping - the picture gets distorted. You can speak with your doctor about trying an antiparasitic like albendazole or food grade diatemaceous earth from fresh water.
I can't really tell from the photo but it does not look like a tapeworm. Other intestinal worms are possible but it might just be a piece of food as well. The way to diagnose intestinal parasites is to do a formal stool test ordered by a doctor.
