Is this schizophrenia?

I am 11 years old and a female. I've been smelling things that aren't there, also when I talk to myself I act like I'm another person talking to myself as in I would get up and verbally talk to myself. When it's cold I feel my hands moving, and I do this thing where I look at something else swallow it and look back so nothing bad happens to me I can't stop doing it. I'm also perfectly physically healthy and don't take any medication.

11 years old
Complaint duration: 1 month

You need to talk with your parents.

Well, it's a curious thing having so young a person using this venue to ask about their mental health. Regardless, it's not advisable to provide a diagnosis in this context. Rather, you should talk to your parents about how you feel. Still, olfactory hallucinations are rarely seen in mental illness. Olfactory hallucinations are more likely due to some other form of organic condition such as neuropathic conditions (e.g., tumors). I wonder about trauma in your life and anxiety conditions stemming from trauma...obsessions and compulsions, feelings of isolation, loneliness for instance. I would not keep your feelings and these experiences a secret, talk to a supportive, caring adult.
Hello,
The symptoms you are describing do not sound like schizophrenia, but I think it would be a good idea to tell your parent/guardian and make a doctor’s appointment to explore these symptoms further. It sounds like you are concerned about these symptoms, so please reach out and tell a loved one what you are experiencing.
Smell hallucinations need evaluation by a neurologist.
