Is vestibular migraine a neurological disorder?

I get vestibular migraines too often. Is it serious? Can a neurologist help?

Dizziness and, more specifically, vertigo, is one neurological symptom that can be part of migraine. So, yes, vestibular migraine is a neurological problem.
