Neurologist Questions

Is walking in this siuation good or bad for me ?

In the last year, I've started to have seizures, unsure why many many tests have shown as I am perfectly fine and healthy. Therefore I believe that this may be backed on my anxiety and PTSD. To calm myself from this I will often walk outdoors of my home, but as I'm a college student nearing my 20s I still live with a guardan who finds these so dangerous of a thing for me to do. But it's the one way and time I get out of my house for I both work and school from home.

So I want to know from a medical point of view which is in the wrong. walking? or being without it?

Walking is EXCELLENT; specially if it provides relief from stress. So walk often and as much as you can Good luck.
If you have lost consciousness, blacked out and fallen, then you are right to believe that walking outside would be risky. But if none of these has happened, then you should be at no more risk than anyone else. Leon Rosenberg
