Itchy bumps on my body?

Monday at around midnight I ate a midnight meal: canned tuna and French fries (I’m not allergic to any of them) at around 1am my thighs became itchy. When I looked I saw around 10 bumps. During the day, I noticed I had 2 more on my back and 1 on my stomach so I took a Clartec pill it didn’t help with the itchiness. I also tried to avoid the foods i ate the previous day in case it was an allergic reaction. Tuesday I woke up with a total of 24 bumps on my thigh, arm, fingers, back, stomach, and leg and they were still itchy. I took a zyrtec pill and it still didn’t help with the itchiness. I would like to know what my condition is, what probably cause it and how I can treat it, please?

It is hard to tell from the pictures what type of rash you are dealing  with. However from an allergy standpoint the likelihood of food allergy is extremely unlikely. I would advise to see either your PCP or go to Urgent care where a proper exam can be done and treatment suggested - oral antihistamine for the itching and potentially topical or oral steroid.
