Klebsiella Pneumonia found in my throat swab?

I have no specific underlying diseases that I'm aware of except Gerd with a hiatal hernia. Recently going through a routine exam the doctor found Klebsiella Pneumonia on my throat. I read that this is usually found in hospital settings or people with compromised immune systems. Shall I investigate further why do I have this bacteria on my throat?

Not compelling to investigate further. It is recovered frequently. GERD can be a risk factor. Smoking is a risk factor. Being around smokers is a risk factor.
