Knots on the bottom of my feet?

My feet have knots on the bottom. They are like little marbles on the bottom of my feet. They are tender and to walk barefoot it hurts. They are everywhere on the bottom. What do I do to get rid of them?

Wow, they look painful, and they are biggest I have seen in my 15 years career. obviously, an exam is needed along with mri, but from the picture, they look like fibromas. they are clusters of collagen, usually cause by prolong standing. To be definitively diagnosed and treatment can begin, I recommend you to see a local podiatrist asap.

It's best to be evaluated by a specialist

From the picture, it looks like you have something called metatarsalgia. You may need custom orthotics, injections.

I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) to determine the cause of the "knots" and the treatment options
Could be fibromas on your feet, if it is the ball of the foot only there are some orthotic additions that can be made so the weight is not put in this area.
The head of the metatarsal is protruding downward. The best thing is customer made orthotics
These may be a couple of different issues, however from your picture it looks like they may be related to the architecture of your foot itself versus warts or other types of lesions. You need to see your podiatrist for them to be evaluated
You should see a podiatrist for a definitive diagnosis. Without actually examining your foot I can only say some possible reasons. If they are in the skin only they may be hard skin. When they are circular and penetrate to the deeper layers they may be a porokeratos or another term is an IPK which is an abbreviated term. In a case like that an exfoliative agent can help. If the bumps are below the skin there are some cases of benign plantar fibromas which are different then previously described. Your best bet is to see a podiatrist or a dermatologist.

Thank you for the picture. Those areas on the bottom of your foot need to be evaluated by a foot and ankle surgeon, and then they can tell whether that is related to any bone irritation underneath or if it is a growth.

They appear to be Plantar Fibromas. There is no easy way to get rid of them. If one or two are painful we remove them. Some people have tried an off label cream with some success
Go to a podiatrist or a dermatologist to determine what they are since the treatment depends on the diagnosis. Some growth such as fibromas can be treated medically with a medication that will shrink them in size. Others may require surgical removal or orthotics to take the weight off of the affected portions of the foot.

They could be warts (verucca) or another type of skin lesion. See a podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
Rule out if this problem is related to either system or local soft tissue disorder. Standard X-rays and MRI maybe necessary to determine pathology involved. Then conservative or surgical measures may help to address this problem. Gravity Defyers (.com) type shoe may help to off load soft tissue structures from abnormal load stress.
If these knots are along the plantar fascial bands, then they are most liked fibromas, or scar tissue knots within the ligament. They can be treated with topical or injection medications. These can also be piezogenic papules, which are herniations of fat corpuscles on the bottom of the feet.
It is tough to tell where the knots on your the bottom of your feet are in your picture. If they are in your arch they might be plantar fibromas. If they are fibromas they are very tough to treat, I would seek the advise of a podiatrist.
These look like fibrous growths that develop along the plantar fascial ligament on the bottom of the foot. We rarely excise them, as they frequently come back. The good is we can usually manage them with a variety of treatments. The best thing is to seek out a board certified podiatrist in your area. Good luck!
Looks like plantar fibroma. Only treatment is surgery.
It is very difficult to discern the bumps you're talking about, other than the normal anatomy which is your metatarsal heads (the ball of your foot). As we get older (and your not very old-we are the same age), the fat pad on the ball of the foot wears, or it can get pulled into the sulcus of the toes, which makes the metatarsal heads more prominent, and they may feel 'harder' or like pebbles. Alternatively, you may have a pinched nerve at the ball of your foot, which sometimes is described in the same manner as you are describing your problem. This is called a neuroma. And finally, you may have small, punctate lesions which may be hyperkeratotic (callused) tissue, which are called porokeratosis, and they may feel like pebbles. I would suggest actually visiting a Podiatrist in person to have the problem evaluated. It is too difficult to see what is going on in your picture.
