“Left side of brain pulse and sometimes pain?”
I have been experiencing pulsing on the left side of my brain as well as a minor dull sharp pain that comes and goes and doesn't bother my day. When I lay on my left side, I feel a bit of pain on the left side of my brain. I just recovered from light sensitivity that lasted for a day only, but I get sensitive to playing on my phone screen. I can feel the left side of my brain right now, feels like pressure but absolutely no pain.

This may be a migraine. Do you have family members with them? Please see a practitioner to get evaluated, and get treatment for whatever this is.
Get checked for ocular migraines , hypertension, get a dilated fundus exam too . Also get checked for sinusitis.
