“Losing circulation, ekg normal,.”
About 4 months ago, I lost blood flow to my left thumb, the nail went dark purple, flexed it a bunch and it came to. My left arm was cold rest of day. On my period.
About 2 months ago, I had fireworks all over my body, after my period. It lasted for 4 weeks, non stop. I was also very cold, wearing gloves etc. Then after being cold, it'd switch to burning hot, felt like my veins were burning but not painful. Cold and then that, back and forth.
Ever since those fireworks...tingling all over...it stopped but happens still now in random places throughout the day.
A few weeks ago, I had crazy head rushes for a few days, they now still happen but not frequently. It happened mainly while walking.
So now, I can't sit for more than 30 minutes. Even if i elevate my feet or if I sit normal in a chair, feet touching floor...after 30 min, my feet start tingling and turning blue. Then my legs arms, feet and hands stay cold afterwards.
I have random yellow bruises that start yellow on both legs. Once one heals, another pops up. I have a weird squiggly vein on the back of my leg, bright blue where the leg bends.
I don't understand. I thought B12 was it...it made no difference and neither did iron supplements.
Also want to mention, when I had the tingling all over, the fireworks, it caused me to have uncontrollable panic attacks.
And... my hair is falling out a bunch. Unrelated maybe, I do have blood in my stool every now and then, not frequently.
I am active, exercise everyday, but not strenuously. I am 31. I drink a healthy amount of water everyday. And my ears started ringing so much since this started. Not sure if I mentioned, while walking, my legs vibrate and have some tingling, they turn red too.
my hands vibrate and feet vibrate while sitting. It's a lot, and more I haven't listed. My body did something and many things happening along with it.
The confusing thing is, I was told I have healthy veins and blood flow, when getting blood test. The doctor wants me on beta blockers, but my resting HR is 75-85.
One more thing, when getting my blood pressure taken, which is normal...my left arm and hand tingles, my left thumb cramps up and becomes immobile. Same thumb that lost blood flow before.
Any help, please, I'd be so thankful!!!
