Low blood sugar and upper endoscopy?

What do I do if I am hypoglycemic and my sugar drops too low the morning of my upper endoscopy, I don't take medicine for it, my endoscopy is at 10 am and it's almost 7 am now?

Liquids with glucose can be taken up to 3 hours before a procedure to keep the blood glucose up.
Cancel procedure for now.
You should be admitted to hospital out-patient unit 7am, and given IV dextrose until the procedure is completed and you are able to eat. Procedure should be done as early as possible.
