“Lower left abdominal pain?”
I’m a 23 year old female I started having pain yesterday in my lower left abdomen for a few hours and today. It’s feeling a little worse I’ve had it for about 3 hours today and it’s still hurting should I take pain medication or go to the ER?

Yes, you should go to the ED. If you’re having pain down there, it could be ovarian torsion. That can be a surgical emergency. While it’s likely not that, you have to make sure.
