Lymphocytosis, facial edema?

56F, 160lbs, 5'6, White, Smoke/drink - No, Current medication - Atorvastatin 30mg, Nebivolol 5mg.

I'm making this for my mother since local doctors can't really find anything of concern. For around 5 consecutive years bloodwork has been done every other month or so, and the results come in somewhat consistent but not everything is within norms. She has been on antibiotics on and off for a while, the latest prescription of amoxicillin 1000mg being just two weeks ago, yet they do not solve the problem completely.

The total lymphocyte count comes in between 45% and 56% every time, which is from what I've researched, above the norm. As well as the lymphocyte count, the Red Blood Cell Distribution Coefficient of Variation (RDW-CV) is abnormal and low. But I've read that is not something to be concerned about. Maybe they're related, I don't know. Thyroid and liver function tests have also been done, but the results have come back completely within norms, with no physical abnormalities around the neck area either.

The primary concern is that it could be leukemia or some other underlying illness, but we've run out of ideas on what other tests we should do at this point. She is also suffering from mild facial edema (especially the cheeks and under the eyes), and other lymph node swelling, but nothing terribly concerning. Also, the swelling seems to vanish when she is on anti-biotics for some reason, and as soon as the course of them is finished, the swelling immediately returns.

Is there really nothing wrong as our local physicians claim, or should we pursue further tests? If so, what kind of tests would be necessary to potentially find a link between lymphocytosis and facial swelling?

There is no evidence for leukemia with the results you have given me. The lymphocyte count is slightly elevated but is not concerning. I agree she has mild local facial swelling but I do not understand why it goes away temporarily with antibiotics. I don't know of any tests to pursue but if the lymphocyte count continues to rise I would see a hematologist.
