“Paracetamol tablets?”
Hi, I’ve taken 18 500mg of paracetamol tablets in the past 54 hours! Is that safe? I have spaced it out to 2 tablets spaced out 6 hours.

That is the maximum safe dose, but if you do it for long, it will likely hurt your liver. Try backing off a bit.

We recommend maximum of 6-8 tablets in total in 24 hours if you do not have any liver problems. If you have pain, you can add Ibuprofen, maximum 2,400 mg per 24 hours.
If you have truly spaced it out to be paracetamol 500mg tablets, 2 tablets every 6 hours then it is safe assuming you do not have liver disease. It is not recommended to do this long term though as that is the maximum dose allowed within a 24 hour period.
