“M stomach hurts and I think it may be psychological?”

I decided to watch some sexual content. I have done this before. However, this time, during said watch-through, my stomach felt odd. At times, it felt nauseous. At other times, it felt anxious. I don't know which though. However, since that day, when I think about members of the opposite sex, instead of feeling nothing, now, my lower abdomen tightens up followed by this weird feeling of energy, sometimes nauseous. Almost feels bloated. My lower stomach feels very weird during these moments. I have no clue why this is happening. I'm also unable to get it up if you know what I mean. Is this all a psychological issue? Is that where it stems from? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have no medications I am currently on. This sort of thing has no happened in the past.
