Menstrual?

I have just recently started using tampons and upon removing it I noticed it was opened more and I am not sure but I think pieces of it may have broken off inside me. I have epilepsy and POTS I am on Lamotragon.

Tampons usually do not break into pieces unless left longer than 18 to 24 hours. Opening up of the tampon does not mean much unless you saw a missing piece when you removed the tampon. If you are still concerned or have a foul smelling vaginal discharge, see an OBGyn.
Take care!
