Mites are back?

About 6 months ago I had an infestation of small black itching biting creatures. I was given creams, paid for exterminator, tried everything. No one believed me including doctors and family. I live alone.
I became so stressed they sectioned me and forced me to take antipsychotics. I showed a doctor one of them, they said it was dirt. So they are there. I had bites all over me but people said I was self harming. I wasn't. Being sectioned was good because it got me away from the bites and I was fine after a day or two. It got colder which killed them. It's unusually warm for December here.
They are back. Exactly the same looking things. I'm going to buy a microscope and try to prove the little things are alive and biting me. Is there anything else I can do? I'm worried this won't be resolved. That I won't be able to rid my flat and self of these things. Any advice?

Please, call the pest control. Now, Permethrin cream is a skin cream with chemicals that kill mites and eggs that cause scabies. Vacuum and clean your house from top to bottom, and wash the bed linen and close it with hot water.. Thank you.
