Current means past 20 days I use permithrin cream , levocetrizine tablet, and last 10 days I use gama benzyne hexa chloride lotion , but previous dots have stay , new dots 3-4, has come but not more dots, and scrotum bums some are plane, even I have sex before symptoms so i testing hiv and vdrl for syphilis alls result negative.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
