“My broken wrist?”
I broke my wrist 8 months ago, and it still cracks and hurts when I work out.

I am not sure what type of treatment you received. 8 months after fracture it should not be painful. I cannot be certain what the source of cracking is. You should obtain x-rays and a follow-up visit with an orthopedic specialist.
This is quite common. Please have the orthopedist who treated this fracture weigh in on your situation. You may need some occupational physical therapy.
It would be hard to comment without knowing what kind of fracture it was. Whether intra-articular or extra-articular. I would suggest following up with your orthopedic doctor.
For the most part, it shouldn't at this point, so you should definitely see an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation to figure out what is wrong, what specifically can be causing your pain.
Good morning. Your end result after a wrist fracture often depends on whether the fracture was into the joint or not and also the severity of the fracture. Assuming you regained adequate motion and strength then the best care would be to revisit your doctor, repeat exam and radiograph and then it either will benefit from more time and therapy or likely will not improve much more. Good luck.
