Ear-Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions

My ear drum

Hi , I have problems with my ear for a few years now , ear infections on and off , my ear feels blocked and muffed all the time , checked for compacted ear wax and there's nothing , I will post pictures of inside my ear, I want to know does my ear drum look normal or do you think its worth booking in with my doctor or getting a referral to ENT specialist? Thanks in advance for any doctor who answers me

Your eardrum definitely does not look normal. There may be blood behind it or in your ear canal. I recommend that you see an ENT
All these photos are not very clear. Definitely need to see an ENT who can answer
Its a high riding jugular bulb Need a CT of your temporal bone
I don't see any pictures, but if you've had ear problems "for years," why wouldn't you see an ENT doc to get a definitive opinion? If your symptoms are intermittent, it would be best to see him/her when you are having symptom(s), as that facilitates a diagnosis being made.
