What could be causing hearing loss in one ear?
Could be just blockage by wax or something else. Only as examination of the ear will confirm this

No one needs to do daily flushing of ears, like what you are doing. Please see ENT specialist who can examine you and tell you what needs to be done
Thyroid + menstrual cycle connection?
Your test results are within normal range although T4 is on lower end. Please consult your OB/GYN to look into your menstrual cycle issue

Please use Luke warm water for nasal irrigation. Slowly you would recover any damage in the nose

Aesthetic rhinoplasty ENS?
If it is done correctly without affecting the respiratory air flow then ENS shouldn’t happen
