My ear pressure?

I'm having trouble with pressure in my ears. I drove to Holbrook from Phoenix and went through Flagstaff, AZ. On my way back my ears popped from the altitude change but haven't popped back. I have done everything to equalize the pressure but nothing has worked. I even purchased earwax softener drops and it's now caused a constant ring in my ears. I'm going crazy please help. This is going on 5 days.

This has happened because of pressure change. Please consult ENT specialist. This problem can be solved
Probably a blockage of the “ear ventilating tubes”( eustachian tubes). Sudafed, long-acting should help BUT cannot be used if you have high blood pressure, cardiac disease, asthma, “overactive” thyroid, or certain types of glaucoma.

See an ENT doctor, try an oral decongestant.
It is recommended that you make an appointment with an audiologist to have otoscopy and a full hearing evaluation completed including immittance testing. An audiologist will determine if cerumen (earwax) drops are beneficial and will be able to provide you feedback regarding your hearing sensitivity as well as the health of your middle ear system. If an audiologist deems necessary, they may refer you to an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physician for further medical evaluation.
