My eyelid looks infected?

My eyelid has developed two things that are round. Underneath the eyelid, it is extremely red and looks infected to me.

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Look like a chalazion. You need to get it checked by your eye specialist and then need treatment in the form of antibiotics and then surgical removal if they don’t go away completely.
From photo it may be and infected chalazion. See an ophthalmologist for treatment right away.
Most likely an ordinary stye. Use very warm (not hot) washcloth soaks for 5 minutes at a time applied 5 times per day. This will usually take care of it in several days. Most do this 2 times per day and that will not work. Must be 5 times per day. Antibiotics will not work on this.
Need antibiotic drops and warm tap water compresses 5 minutes 3 times daily
