My heart monitor?

I received a Holter monitor and a 30-day event monitor but I am still getting symptoms after the monitor showed up clear of anything wrong. I am still fainting with chest pain, dizzy spells, etc. I want to be able to redo the test or be able to get some other kind of monitor as I know my own body and I know something is wrong. What should I do? I am also 20 years old and a runner/weight lifter but I can't even do the things I love anymore because of this.

You will likely need a longer-term monitor such as a loop recorder if the prior ones were negative. Furthermore, another possibility is POTS syndrome.
In young patients, it could be autonomic dysfunction also if you are a person who exercises vigorously then there could be some muscle thickening that could be detected by echo or mei. The other form of monitoring we recommend is an implantable monitor to look for arrhythmias as a cause for your symptoms.
