“My nephew swallowed a lego piece?”
My nephew who is 12 years old swallowed a lego piece one of the square pieces, it was a pretty good size. He hasn't passed it yet he's not having any stomach pains vomiting anything. When he goes to the bathroom it's not all the way solid but it's not watery either. It has been almost 4 weeks what should we do?.

Check on him every day for abdominal pain, vomiting, and it's very important to look and, if necessary, examine every bowel movement until it comes out. Pain or vomiting, must see a doctor.
Consult GI.
Do nothing. It probably passed and you didn’t see it.
