My 4 year old son broke out in hives. He has itchy raised hives, confusion.

Hives may look like mosquito bites, but a bite will come and linger for days where hives will come and go quickly and appear in one spot, then another. You might want to consult with your pediatrician to try to determine the cause of the rash/hives and treatment options.
