Try over the counter bleaching products with your parents consent. Crest white strips are good
You could whiten them professionally under supervision. In your case, I would wait for few more years, maybe 4-5 more years before I do the whitening.
You need to do cleaning and whitening as well.
I recommend setting up a dental cleaning appointment to remove supragingival plaque and tartar, and an in office evaluation.
Sometimes, the yellow is still plaque, and we have to be fairly aggressive to get the plaque off our teeth. I would start by getting an electric toothbrush, and see if that makes a difference. If your teeth are still yellow, you always have the option of bleaching your teeth.
Go to a dentist for a dental cleaning and assessment. A cleaning may “whiten “ them up or discuss the potential for future home whitening of teeth.
When you have a plaque that builds up on your teeth it can make them look yellow. The best thing is to schedule a cleaning with the dentist to remove plaque because sometimes it hardens and cannot be removed by just brushing and flossing it needs more and a dentist can provide that for you.
You can whiten your teeth at home with “Crest Whitestrips”
They work really well, and once you get your teeth to a nice color, you don’t have to keep using them…maybe a “touch up” once yearly
