“My whole body is aching?”
My whole body hurts real bad from head to toe I'm really cold like I'm freezing but my body temp is warm. My whole left side and my whole stomach hurts all over the pain is everywhere.

You should be seen by someone and have a large amount of testing done. These are not normal.
Sounds like a viral syndrome, maybe a flu or COVID.
