Please discuss your medical history regarding getting any vaccines with your primary care doctor, or the person who has diagnosed you. They are an expert on your health condition(s) since they have all of your lab tests and medical records.
If you are referring to neurofibromatosis type 1, then I see no reason not to get the COVID vaccination per se. If you have any associated conditions such as increased coagulability or allergies, then I recommend getting the vaccination inside a facility that can deal with urgent situations such as a hospital. If you have coagulation issues, I do recommend not getting the Johnson & Johnson or Astra zeneca vaccines. If you have any allergies to any component of any of the vaccines, then you definitely should avoid that vaccine.
