Nausea and vomiting?

I've been experiencing nausea and vomiting every three months that last about 3 days to a week, each time it happens for the past year.

It sounds like cyclic vomiting syndrome. If you consume Marijuana, please stop. If you take weight loss medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, please consult with your doctor. You probably need an evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
A thorough history and physical (and maybe testing) need to be done to find out what could be causing this. I can only speculate given so little information, but some possibilities include bouts of gastroenteritis, substance abuse, functional nausea, headaches or other neurological conditions, cyclical vomiting syndrome.
