Long time dizziness/lightheadedness as a side effect?

I have suffered from dizziness or lightheadedness as a side effect for many consecutive days from taking both ibuprofen and melatonin after experiencing a headache. Do both medications do interact with each other? Also, how am I able to treat my wooziness?

Melatonin and ibuprofen don’t interact and their effects should be gone within 12 o 24 hours. Your prolonged symptoms suggest that the dizziness is from something else. There is a type of migraine that manifests as dizziness called an aural migraine, which may relate to the headache, rather than the medications.
Highly unlikely what you're experiencing is due to the ibuprofen and or melatonin. More likely chronic headaches, medication overuse headaches, lack of hydration, and vasovagal insufficiency may all or some be associated with what you are experiencing. I suggest you talk to your primary or see a neurologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat your condition.

Both ibuprofen and metatodine are listed as having dizziness as a side effect. Are you still taking these medications? If so, stop taking metatodine, and see if that does not fix you problem. A headache should not generally require more than a standard dose of paracetamol to subside. This can be combined with a small dose of ibuprofen is need be. Metatodine is not a headache remedy, but a form of antibiotic. You should confront the doctor that prescribed this medication with the information that headache is not listed as one of the many indications for treatment.
