“Neck pain/dropped shoulder?”

Hi, for a couple of weeks now I have suffered extreme pain, stiffness, and an inability to tilt my head backward or to the right side. Turning my head to the right is also painful, symptoms seem to be getting worse and yesterday I noticed my right shoulder has dropped down significantly and posture changes don't seem to be helping, it is incredibly difficult to lay in or get out of bed, and I am struggling greatly with sleep.

Side note: I am experiencing nerve like shooting pains going through my neck, mid-back, and lower lumber, as well as numbness and tingling sensations often in my left arm, pinky, and ring finger (these symptoms began occurring after a back injury in 2016), and muscle spasms and tightness increasing substantially in the last week.
