Neurologist Questions

Neurological problem?

Hi. I have an insufferable illness. It’s brutal. I’ve actually scared people away because of my blood curling screaming. It’s equatable to the feeling of nails on a chalkboard but the worst case of it you’ve ever heard and it’s similar to physical touch and it’s incessant. It’ll stabilize, worsen, then stabilize, and repeat. It used to be unbearable. Well unbearable really isn’t the word because it’s worse than that. I saw a doctor but they said it couldn’t be an issue with nerves because of how I think it happened. But regardless I’ve literally screamed, blood curdling screams, over and over and over again it’s so awful and brutal. I’ve tried to commit suicide before it’s so awful and unbearable. I’ve been hospitalized for a suicide attempt. I’ve actually tried to kill myself by ramming my head into a sink impulsively I couldn’t handle it anymore.

I cant help without more information than severe enough for a bloo ctrtlong scream. Like where it is, what physical problems it has caused. You say when out Started bui dont tell what that is.
Looks to me that you're most likely suffering from Tourette's disorder.  If you have OCD ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorder ) symptoms or tendencies; Then most likely that's what affects you. Less likely could be a form of epilepsy ( consider getting an EEG ( Electroencephalogram ). Good luck.  Dr.F. Sent from the all new AOL app for Android
