“No bowel movement for 2 months?”
I had an X-ray done at the hospital. They told me that all my intestines are filled with dried feces. It’s been in there for 2 months. With almost no bowel movement. Now the food is coming up to me throat. What do I do

You need to see your doctor...he can prescribe cleansing enemas, then give you a plan for proper diet..stool softener medication...occasional laxative...until you get back to proper stool management. You need to move bowels every day to be healthy.
This is a very unusual finding and may be due to obstruction of the bowel distally.l You should consult a Gastroenterologist who is a specialist for stomach, small and large bowls. He or she may recommend tests for further evaluation.
