Not going to the loo?

Three weeks ago I had a fall and banged my head. Now I have numbness in my lower body and can't go to the loo. I've been taking lactaloce but still have not been to the loo. My stomach is really big now.

Please call your Primary care doctor or have yourself checked out by a physician right away.
You should try aggressive laxatives. It sounds like you may be in the UK but in the US we use Dulcolax and Miralax. Take two Dulcolax and several doses of Miralax. An enema may also help stimulate a bowel movement too.

Go see a doctor.
You should see a neurologist promptly to see if your fall resulted in brain or spine damage that causes numbness and blocked the neurological coordination necessary for defecation.
