Likely your sitting position caused a pinch nerve or cut of circulation.

Long periods of sitting on the toilet can cause numbness in the nerves of the feet. If you cycle avidly or have other conditions that irritate the nerves, they could be possible causes. I strongly recommend seeing a specialist and your primary care doctor can assist in the process.
Pressure on sciatic nerve. Try to avoid sitting too long.
The most likely cause if the problem is positional is that there is a problem with your low back and you are experiencing Sciatica/compression of the Lumbo-Sacral plexus of nerves in you low back.
This is too broad of a question to answer. You need to check with your primary care physician, who can then advise you of what might be the diagnosis.
I see a lot of patients who have a similar problem when they sit on the toilet. You could have a pinched nerve in your lower back.
This may be coming from a pinched nerve in your back. I recommend you make an appointment with your PCP for evaluation
