I have a bump in my mouth.

Definitely have any lump or bump evaluated. Most of the time it’s. Cyst or fibroma due to trauma. But you need to rule out pathology asap.
A bump could be some irritation or could be some sort of infection. Coming in so we can take a look would be the best way for us to treat it.

You may want to see your dentist if it persists for several days
Take a photo with your phone and perhaps a diagnosis can be made. If not, you will need to see a dentist as soon as possible.
