“Pain after a bowel movement?”
How come after having a bowel movement my stomach gets way worse afterward? I get shooting pains up my spine.

See a GI specialist.
This may or may not be related to your bowels. I am concerned about serious diseases in the intestines or your spine. Please get a thorough work up with a gastroenterologist and your primary care physician.
Not sure why that is happening. If I saw you in the clinic then I would ask a lot of questions to make sure I understand what is happening. A physical exam would be important too. I need more detail to make a diagnosis.
