I would highly recommend seeking out a Naturopathic Physician in your area trained at one of the major schools such as Bastyr University. It sounds like you could be having some food sensitivity issues that are contributing to inflammation and increasing your fatigue, nausea, joint pain, hunger pangs, constipation and other symptoms. If you are having severe pain on the lower left side, you could be having diverticulitis and should be evaluated by a doctor.
You need to be worked up for the abdominal pain with a vaginal/pelvic ultrasound with evaluation of your kidneys and a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast. Consult Functional medicine. If obese consult Obesity Mrdicine. For Thyroid start Life Flo liquid iodine daily and Selenium 400 mcg daily. Start organic, non-GMO Mediterranean diet. Alive MVI gummies for women double the dose, Vitamin C 2,000 mg daily (NOW brand), Vitamin D3 10,000 IU softgel daily (NOW brand), Magnesium citrate 400-800 mg softgel daily (Carlson brand).
See your PCP.
Well, there are a few things here, the first thing is, have you seen a Doctor, NP or a PA? You need to be examined and have a few tests run. Sooner rather than later
