Pain in lower left side of stomach?

I have been having pain on my left after I have a bowel movement and constipation almost every day. I had a stomach scan, gastric empty test. The colonoscopy endoscopy test results say no bacteria. I still have pain after a bowel movement. I have nausea, bloating, and gas pain.

Sounds like you were given medicine for IBS. Has your provider stated as such? Also if you have other laboratory evidence to rule out things such as gluten sensitive and property, familial polyposis, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gastric ulcers disease? Any CAT scan MRI or x-ray evidence of stool blockage slow edge of your stool or diarrhea like illnesses? There’s a lot more that would be needed to ultimately give you a diagnosis. But it appears as if your gastroenterologist and or providers told you about that or Prescribe you medication for such

Your GI doctor should treat you for this pain, which is probably due to sensitivity of the colon and irritable bowel syndrome or chronic constipation. Another possible explanation is difficulty with defecation, which we call a defecation disorder. If your GI doesn't know what to do, find one that does.
