Paracetamol toxicity?

I am a 21 year old male, weight 80kg I was suffering from the flu last week so I told the pharmacist about my symptoms. He prescribe me some medicines and recommended I take them three times a day after meal for two days I take them as prescribed. I recovered from the flu but now I have developed pain and tenderness in RUQ when I did research I learned that the pharmacist did his job incorrectly he give me paracetamol under the label of two different companies. I have taken approximately 12,000g of paracetamol in two days and now after two days of that dose, I have developed pain in the liver and tenderness in RUQ. What I should do?

Immediately stop taking the paracetamol. You should have your liver functions and serum paracetamol level checked stat. Probably you will be ok as while that is above the threshold for toxicity it is not extremely far above, but your symptoms indicate potential symptomatic toxicity, and that should NEVER be ignored. If it means going to the Emergency Room to check those levels then I would do so.
You should be seen in an emergency department asap.

The maximum dose would be 4,000mg in 24 hrs. This medication is metabolized through the liver and can cause liver damage if taken over the recommended dosage. Recommend seeking medical attention.
Yes, 12 Gram/day is technically a toxic dose. You go and get an acetaminophen level and Should have your Liver function test checked. Technically 4g/ day is considered a toxic dose in adult-kids are higher.
