“Peeing?”
Last night I went to the toilet for a pee it felt like I had a pee but no pee came out. Once I stood up the pee flowed then I got this severe abdominal pain that took my breath away and left me sweaty I had to go and lay down till I could stand up again I have had several pees since all normal but my stomach on the right-hand side is really painful and sore to the touch moving about is uncomfortable even last night in bed turning over was painful. do you think I have just pulled a muscle or should I see a doctor. I am overweight around 20 stone.

Please do see your doctor. This could be a kidney stone, or possibly right sided diverticulitis. Less likely, but your urine needs to be checked for an infection, or possibly bladder cancer, especially if you have been a smoker. Please see your doctor quickly.
SEE YOUR DOCTOR! YOU need to have a urinary tract or abdominal infection(appendicitis, diverticulits, kidney stone, or other intra-abdominal disorders ruled out asap. Good luck.
